2010 – Ride for Wind

Benefiting Women of Wind Energy

Saturday, May 22, 2010

Rules

I. Rally Master’s Comments
Welcome to the 2010TX Ride for Wind. Safety is our greatest concern for this event and every rider needs to return home safely after the event. Each entrant’s motorcycle must meet minimum safety requirements to participate. Also, I have developed a route that will take you through the hills of West Texas. It’s a great ride past ranches, wind farm installations and lakes (and has a few twisters). The Ride for Wind event will NOT be cancelled due to weather. So plan safely and see you at the event!
Chris Dehart - Rally Master

II. Refunds
Refunds will be given to those whom had "contact with the ground" prior to the ride. The Rally Master’s decision is final. Should you elect to cancel the ride, your shirt and 2010 Ride for Wind 2010 commemorative item(s) will be mailed to you.

III. Safety

a. Recommended Items
• First Aid Kit
• Suitable Tires with Adequate Tire Tread Depth
• Driver's License with MC Endorsement

• (Recommended) Tool Kit incl. Tire Kit

b. Recommended Safety Equipment
